Level 1: Owner Occupied - Verbal Evaluation. A Home Matters design consultant will tour your home and offer recommendations, outlining what steps to take toward improving the salability of your property. Our service provider list can assist with any painting, flooring, home repair, landscaping, packing or storage needs, plus a top 40 preparation list. $150
Level 2: Owner Occupied - Verbal Evaluation Plus Written Report. This includes Level 1, plus a detailed written report outlining all recommendations for showcasing your home's space and selling features. $250
Hands-On; Use our time and talents to do the work!
Level 3: Owner Occupied - Basic Home Staging. Our design team will transform your home by rearranging and editing your existing furniture, artwork and accessories. We transform your home so that it has the best possible impact on buyers. Free Quote*
Level 4: Owner Occupied - Home Staging Plus Enhancement. This includes Level 3, plus we will add decorative accessories and/or furniture to create the best possible impact on buyers. Additional pieces are provided on a rental basis and can be rolled into a flat-rate quote. Free Quote*

Level 5: Vacant Home Staging. A Home Matters design consultant will tour your vacant home and determine what furniture and accessories are needed for the impact areas of the home.
