A Home’s evaluation appointment: A Home Matters’ property stylist tours the home with you or your sellers and offers recommendations outlining steps to take toward improving the appeal and salability of the property. Ample time will be given in each room including curb appeal for you or your sellers to take notes and ask specific questions about the recommendations. Allow approximately 2 hours for this appointment. This evaluation could include color analysis, minor home repairs, and packing recommendations. Allow approximately 2 hours for this appointment. We will also provide our service providers list where other tried and true professionals can assist with painting, flooring, home repair, landscaping, packing and storage needs. Starting at $150

Market Ready evaluation plus Report: This service includes all information obtained in the Home’s evaluation process (listed above) plus a detailed written report that outlines clean and concise recommendations for your sellers to properly prepare their houses for the marketplace. The report is emailed to you as well as to your sellers within 24 hours after the initial appointment time. $225

The Home’s evaluation plus return visit to stage key rooms: This is a two appointment process. First appointment is described under the home’s evaluation. Once the recommendations have been completed then we will return to the property and professionally stage the key rooms of the home. (Typically the LR,DR, KT, and Master Bedroom) $500

A Home Matters’ property stylist tours the vacant home and determines what furniture, art and accessories are needed for each impact area. Home Matters owns an extensive collection of furnishings that is just right for any size home, in any price range. We select the appropriate furnishings to appeal to today’s home buyers. FREE QUOTE

Color Consultations

Color consultations make a great closing gift. Your sellers are about to embark on a new beginning. They would appreciate you offering a color consultation with a home stylist. The possibilities are endless with the thousands of color choices available. Our color expert can professionally narrow down the choices to a small group of colors, so that your clients can quickly make a final and stress free choice. Color is the single most powerful decorating tools and is the most economical.

Personal Accessory/Furniture Shopping Service

Once your sellers have settled into their new home maybe that might need a few new pieces to go with the new house. Offer our personal shopping service to them. We have a vast array of resources to find the perfect piece of furniture they might need, or a fabulous lamp or just the right vase. We can even arrange delivery and install the new items for them.

Redesign Service

So your sellers are somewhat settled in their new home but still feel like they need a fresh look. Our stylist can redesign their spaces using what ever they already own and change up the look and also offer other suggestions on items that they may want to purchase to blend in and enhance the overall look and feel of the rooms. The changes are simply amazing when you repurpose, reuse, and re-unite the spaces so that it creates a room with complete harmony.
