Linda Barnett, Creator of Home Matters, Receives Nomination

The Real Estate Staging Association (RESA), an association with members in the United States and Canada that provides support to all professional real estate Stagers, has nominated Linda Barnett for its Professional Stager of the Year 2007 award. The nomination is based on outstanding skills demonstrated in the following areas: Staging Design Skills, Business Skills and Ethics.

Barnett--an Accredited Staging Professional, interior decorator and former realtor--founded Home Matters in 2004, and has since worked with more than 500 homeowners throughout the Indianapolis metropolitan area, helping them to sell their homes for an average 97% of the list price and in an average of 42 days on the market after staging.
