We cleared clutter, did some yardwork, moved a lot of our stuff to our new house, but have only had 2 people view our house. The first said she was interested, but we haven't heard back in 4 weeks. Our two-mortgage-a-month payments start in a month, and we're getting worried. Luckily, our agents put up a virtual tour last week. But still no showings. We're waiting until the cooler days of September to see if they encourage anyone to shop (I assume fewer people shop during the hottest month of the year?) But if no one shows up in a few weeks, I have a feeling we'll consider staging... Our house has been for sale for about 6 weeks.
